Education succeeds best when there is a strong partnership between home and school, a partnership that thrives on both communication and involvement. We want our children to be happy and successful at Glen Este Middle School. In addition to what happens in the classroom, we believe that your support and involvement are essential to your child's success. Research shows that a child who knows that his or her family is interested in and supportive of various school programs will almost always have more success and fewer problems.
As
an active PTO, we believe that communication among parents, students,
and teachers is critical. Remember to share your child's needs with his
or her teacher.
Consider volunteering in our school and joining the GEMS Parent Teacher Organization. It's a great way to reinforce your involvement in the education of your child.
